Could you fix just the text on the thumbnail for the next event?

Added to tasks. I’ll send a reminder 3 hours before it’s due.
TASK-014
Fix thumbnail text for next event
Why
01 / The pace of chat
Small talk and real requests move through the same channel. When you go looking later, nobody remembers where it was said, or when.
02 / Tools nobody opens
You can set up a proper task tool, but everyone is still only looking at Discord. Copying things across gets tiring, and after a week it stops.
03 / The unassigned gap
A request with no owner and no date resurfaces the night before the event — and chasing it wears out whoever has to ask.
TASKBOT solves all three with a single gesture: adding a 📌.
How it works
There’s no command to memorize — just one emoji, without leaving the channel.
01
React with 📌 on the message you want to keep. No commands to type, nothing to copy and paste.
1 task in 0.5s
02
It becomes a task with an assignee, a due date and a status, sorted by whatever is due first.
4 open by due date
03
An automatic notice as the due date approaches, plus a one-tap reminder for when you actually need it.
3h before manual nudge
Task home
Who is holding what, and what has already slipped — visible at a glance, without scrolling back through the channel.
| Status | Task | Assignee | Due |
|---|---|---|---|
| Overdue | Swap out the announcement banner | @tanaka | Yesterday 18:00 |
| Today | Update the attendee list | @sana | Today 21:00 |
| In 2 days | Decide the stream title | @kuro | Sep 3, 20:00 |
| In 5 days | Arrange prize shipping | @miyu | Sep 6, 12:00 |
| Done | Confirm the venue booking | @tanaka | Aug 29, 15:00 |
Add a 📌 and it appears here
Reminder
Asking “is it done yet?” is uncomfortable for everyone involved. Let the bot handle the nudge, and keep your attention on the work itself.
TASKBOT — DIRECT MESSAGE
Due in 3 hours
Setup
If you can manage the server, you can start from the invite link.
STEP 01
Open the invite link and pick the server you want it in. There’s no account to create.
STEP 02
Choose where tasks are collected. You can change it or add more channels later.
STEP 03
React to any message. If it shows up in TASK HOME, you’re already using it.
Time needed: about 2 minutes / What you need: permission to manage the Discord server
Security
Your community’s conversations are something you hold in trust. TASKBOT touches the minimum it needs to do its job.
After the bot is removed, that server’s task data is generally deleted after 30 days. See Security and the Privacy Policy for details.
Pricing
Ahead of the public release, we’re looking for servers willing to tell us how it actually feels to use.

WHAT WE ASK
If it isn’t a fit, remove the bot whenever you like.
FAQ
It’s free while the feedback program runs. Once pricing for the full version is decided, beta servers hear about it in advance — nothing switches to paid automatically.
No. Only messages with a 📌 reaction are stored. Nothing else is saved or analysed. See Security for the details.
Inviting the bot requires permission to manage the Discord server. After that, using it — adding a 📌, viewing tasks — needs no special permissions, and any member can.
Yes. Add the reaction from the Discord mobile app and it behaves exactly the same. There’s no separate app to install.
Japanese, English and Chinese. Switch from the top right of this page: 日本語 or 中文.
After the bot is removed, that server’s task data is generally deleted after 30 days. For individual deletion requests, get in touch.

We’re recruiting free testers to see how it holds up in a real server. Your honest reaction after setup goes straight into what we build next.
